RedBadger provides cybersecurity-related professional services, which may include but are not limited to:
All services are provided strictly by prior written agreement, defined scope, and explicit authorisation from the client.
You warrant that you are the lawful owner of, or have explicit authority to test, all systems, applications, networks, and assets included in the agreed scope of work.

RedBadger shall not be liable for testing conducted outside the agreed scope or for unauthorised use of its services.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:
You acknowledge that cybersecurity testing is not an exact science. Reports and recommendations represent professional opinion, not guarantees of security, compliance, or breach prevention.
Both parties agree to treat all confidential information disclosed during the engagement as confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or agreed to in writing.
RedBadger will take reasonable steps to protect client information and testing data.
RedBadger shall process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
Client data will only be used for the purposes of delivering agreed services and will not be shared with third parties except where required to perform the service or by law.
Fees, payment terms, and invoicing arrangements shall be defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
All methodologies, tools, templates, and materials used or developed by RedBadger remain the intellectual property of RedBadger, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-transferable right to use reports delivered solely for internal security purposes.
